Damaged, faulty or the wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. Choose a replacement or a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Not the right fit, or changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of delivery. For items under $75, choose a 50% refund or 100% store credit, and keep the item. For higher-priced items, email us and we'll work out the right solution with you directly.

In the EU or UK? You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Send the item back (return postage is yours) and we'll refund the price, including standard delivery.

How are these lights powered?

They're fully solar powered. Flip the on/off switch under the lid once, and from then on they charge by day and light up automatically at dusk — no wiring.

How hard is it to install along my walkway?

Installation is quick stake-in with no wiring required — just push each stake into the ground where you want the glow.

How many lights come in a set?

They're sold as a set, available in a 6-pack or 8-pack, so you can choose the right coverage for your full walkway or garden bed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — standard shipping is free to every country we deliver to. The current delivery estimate for your region is shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.

What if something's wrong with my order or I'd like to return it?
