Welcome to Duskhaven. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of duskhavenhome.com and purchases made through our store. Throughout these Terms, “Duskhaven,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the Duskhaven online store at duskhavenhome.com.
Please read these Terms before placing an order. By placing an order or otherwise accepting these Terms when presented to you, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use services that require your acceptance.
Eligibility and account information
To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority where you live and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate and current contact, billing, payment, and shipping information.
If you create an account, keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate someone else or use a payment method without authorization.
Products and product information
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Please review the selected variant, dimensions, materials, power requirements, included accessories, and installation requirements before purchasing.
Product appearance and perceived brightness may vary with screen settings, room size, ambient light, placement, and the surface onto which light is projected. Lifestyle images may show styling accessories or room settings that are not included with your purchase unless expressly stated in the listing. These differences do not excuse a materially inaccurate description or limit your rights if an item is defective or not as described.
Products and variants are subject to availability. We may change our assortment or discontinue products, but changes to listings do not retroactively change the specifications or promises applicable to an accepted order.
Prices, payments, and promotions
The currency and total payable for your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts, are displayed at checkout. You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the payment method you select for the amount you approve.
Prices may change for future purchases. Promotional offers are subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, and expiration dates disclosed with the offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer or checkout expressly permits it.
If we discover a material pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding with a changed price or materially different item. You may accept the correction or cancel the affected item for a refund. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order-receipt email acknowledges your request but does not by itself constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we send a shipment confirmation or expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, inability to verify payment, a material listing error, or an unsupported delivery address. We will notify you using the contact details provided and promptly refund any amount collected for an item we cancel. Once accepted, an order remains subject to applicable law and your cancellation and refund rights.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@duskhavenhome.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once processing or shipment is underway.
If we cannot stop fulfillment, any return or refund request will be handled under the Refund Policy applicable to your purchase. This does not limit any cancellation or refund right required by law, including rights relating to delayed shipment.
Shipping and delivery
Available shipping destinations, charges, and estimated timelines are shown in the applicable product, shipping, or checkout information. Some products may ship directly from overseas fulfillment partners, and items in the same order may arrive separately.
Unless expressly identified as guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, delay-consent opportunity, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law.
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering and contact us promptly about an address error. If an order is delayed, missing, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. A tracking scan alone does not eliminate your legal rights, and we do not require you to resolve a claim solely with a carrier or supplier.
Returns, refunds, and replacements
Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, request windows, available remedies, and the process for returns, refunds, and replacements. The version disclosed when you place your order applies to that purchase.
Contact support@duskhavenhome.com before sending an item back. We may request your order number and reasonable evidence, such as photos or a short video, to understand the issue and verify the request. If you cannot safely or reasonably provide the requested evidence, tell us so we can consider an alternative.
Please do not return an item to the address on its shipping package unless we have expressly instructed you to do so. Whether a physical return is required will be explained during the resolution process. Your remedy is not conditional on our receiving reimbursement from a supplier.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits remedies, warranty rights, or other consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Safe use and installation
Use products only as intended and follow the supplied instructions, warnings, and product-specific ratings. Before installation or use, check compatibility with your voltage, power source, mounting surface, and intended environment.
- Electrical installation: Have hardwired products installed by a qualified professional where required by law or the product instructions. Disconnect power before installation or maintenance.
- Water and outdoor exposure: Use a product outdoors or in a damp location only if it is expressly rated for that environment. Do not assume that every outdoor-rated product can be submerged.
- Power and charging: Use compatible power supplies, charging equipment, and batteries specified for the product. Do not continue using an item with damaged wiring, unusual overheating, swelling, or other signs of an electrical fault.
- Children and placement: Keep small parts, batteries, and cords away from children and pets. Follow all clearance, mounting, and supervision instructions.
If a product appears unsafe, stop using it and contact us. These instructions do not waive our responsibility for defective products or any obligations imposed by law.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use our website for lawful shopping and personal purposes. You may not introduce malicious code, interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s information, or submit fraudulent orders or claims.
Website content, including branding, text, photographs, graphics, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Duskhaven where applicable and is protected to the extent provided by law. Except as permitted by law or with the relevant rights holder’s permission, you may not reproduce or commercially exploit that content. This does not restrict lawful reviews, commentary, or other protected uses.
Reviews and customer submissions
Reviews and other public submissions should reflect your genuine experience and must not contain unlawful content, impersonation, or someone else’s private information. You retain ownership of content you submit.
When you submit a review for public display, you give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it, together with the display name you choose, on our store and review services used for that purpose. We may format or shorten a review for display without changing its meaning. We will seek separate permission before using identifiable customer photos or videos in advertising.
We may remove spam, unlawful material, or content unrelated to the product or customer experience. We will not prohibit or penalize honest negative reviews. Photos and videos sent privately for support are not automatically licensed for advertising or public display.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. If these Terms conflict with that policy about personal-information handling, the Privacy Policy controls.
We may send order confirmations, shipping updates, support messages, and other communications needed to complete your transaction. Accepting these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to promotional text messages or other marketing that requires separate consent.
