Damaged, faulty or the wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. Choose a replacement or a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Not the right fit, or changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of delivery. For items under $75, choose a 50% refund or 100% store credit, and keep the item. For higher-priced items, email us and we'll work out the right solution with you directly.
In the EU or UK? You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Send the item back (return postage is yours) and we'll refund the price, including standard delivery.

How do I change the light and the brightness?
Tap the touch switch to change between warm white and white. Press and hold it to dim or brighten.
How long does it run, and how do I charge it?
A full charge takes about 3 hours with the included USB cable and lasts about 6–12 hours, depending on brightness. Plug the cable into a computer or a USB wall adapter (the adapter isn't included).
What's in the box?
The 15 cm moon, its wooden stand and a USB charging cable.
Is the surface perfectly smooth?
No, and that's part of its character. The moon is 3D-printed layer by layer, so fine print lines and a slim seam are visible up close, like the texture of a real print.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — standard shipping is free to every country we deliver to. The current delivery estimate for your region is shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if something's wrong with my order or I'd like to return it?
