Good to know

Questions, answered.

How does the Starry Sky Projector get power?

It's USB-powered and plug-and-play, so there's no batteries or setup — just plug it into any USB power source and you're ready to go.

How do I position the projection?

Plug it into a USB port, then bend the flexible gooseneck to aim the star and nebula projection exactly where you want it.

Can I use it in more than one room, or in my car?

Yes — it's compact and portable, so it's easy to move between bedrooms, reading nooks, or even your car's interior for a starry glow wherever you are.

How many projectors come in a set?

One. Each set is a single projector with 3, 6 or 24 interchangeable film cards, depending on the option you choose. Slide a card in to change the scene. The black mini projector comes with 6 film discs.

Does it come with a plug or USB adapter?

No — it runs from its USB plug but doesn't come with a wall adapter, so plug it into any USB phone charger or a laptop/TV USB port.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — standard shipping is free to every country we deliver to. The current delivery estimate for your region is shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.

What if something's wrong with my order or I'd like to return it?

Email support@duskhavenhome.com with your order number. If it arrives damaged or faulty, choose a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, it's covered by our 1-year limited warranty. Changed your mind? See our Refund Policy.
