First class, everything works wonderfully and at an affordable price. The next order is on its way.
Beautiful lamp for my hallway. It's a shame that the wall mount is too short and needs to be extended.
Perfectly packed in a foam box, everything intact, beautiful and high quality, i really liked it, delivery on time, recommend.
I haven't installed it yet, I'll need help with the installation because I'm going to install it on the wall of the staircase, but everything seems fine. I haven't tested it yet. It arrived quickly and well-packaged.

Fancy and special
I love it
Exactly as described
Very fast delivery and products are very aesthetically pleasing for the price.
When I received the lamp, it didn't weigh anything, but after setting it up, I enjoyed it a lot. I loved how beautiful it looked on me. Thank you.
Very nice lamp. I like it very much. However, the people who made the wall mount were probably drunk. I had to extend the 10mm so it would fit. A sheet was welded on. This can definitely also be done with screws or pop rivets. Therefore, it's definitely recommendable.
Good to know
Questions, answered.
How is this powered, and does it need special wiring?
It's hardwired and runs on AC 90–260V, so have a qualified electrician connect it to your wall wiring. The LEDs are built in, so there are no bulbs to buy.
What size should I choose for my space?
It comes in 60cm, 80cm, and 100cm lengths, and even the smallest size casts an up-and-down glow that fills 10–15 square meters, so pick based on the wall length you're working with.
Can I adjust the brightness or color temperature?
Yes — you can choose warm white, cool white, or stepless dimming to set exactly the mood you want.
What's the warranty?
It's covered by our 1-year limited warranty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — standard shipping is free to every country we deliver to. The current delivery estimate for your region is shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if something's wrong with my order or I'd like to return it?
Email support@duskhavenhome.com with your order number. If it arrives damaged or faulty, choose a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, it's covered by our 1-year limited warranty. Changed your mind? See our Refund Policy.
