In the EU or UK? You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Send the item back (return postage is yours) and we'll refund the price, including standard delivery.

Does it plug into a wall outlet?
No. Sash is hardwired to your home wiring, and we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.
Which size should I choose?
They are the same design in two heights: 20 cm (7.9 in) or 22 cm (8.7 in). Both are 8 cm wide at the top of the ribbon. The 20 cm one is shown in our photos.
Can I dim it?
No, it is not dimmable.
Which light color should I choose?
Warm white is 2700-3500K, the cozy evening tone in our photos. The other option is a 3-color light version.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — standard shipping is free to every country we deliver to. The current delivery estimate for your region is shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if something's wrong with my order or I'd like to return it?
