How the modes work
- Solar, dusk to dawn
- The panel charges in daylight and a light sensor switches it on after dark, so there is no switch to remember. Fewer hours of sun mean a shorter glow.

Damaged, faulty or the wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. Choose a replacement or a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Not the right fit, or changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of delivery. For items under $75, choose a 50% refund or 100% store credit, and keep the item. For higher-priced items, email us and we'll work out the right solution with you directly.
In the EU or UK? You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Send the item back (return postage is yours) and we'll refund the price, including standard delivery.
1-year limited warranty. If your light develops a fault within a year of delivery (6 months for built-in batteries), send us a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement.

What size posts does it fit?
Standard 4×4 posts. On vinyl 4×4 post sleeves, which measure a true 4 in, the cap fits directly. On wood 4×4 posts, which actually measure about 3.5 in, use the included insert. It doesn't fit 5×5 or 6×6 posts.
What color is the light?
Warm white, neutral or cool white: you choose with the button on the cap. Some arrive set to cool white, so press it to change.
They don't light up. What do I do?
Before the first charge, press and hold the button to switch the cap on, then give it a full day of sun.
How does it attach?
It sits on top of the post. On wood posts, fix it in place with the included insert and screws.
Does it need wiring?
No. It charges in the sun and switches on by itself at dusk.
How long does it stay on?
About 10 to 12 hours after 6 to 8 hours of sun, as rated. Cloudy days give a shorter run time.
Will it survive rain and snow?
It's rated IP65, so it handles rain, snow and heat.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — standard shipping is free to every country we deliver to. The current delivery estimate for your region is shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if something's wrong with my order or I'd like to return it?
Email support@duskhavenhome.com with your order number. If it arrives damaged or faulty, choose a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, it's covered by our 1-year limited warranty. Changed your mind? See our Refund Policy.
