Damaged, faulty or the wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. Choose a replacement or a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Not the right fit, or changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of delivery. For items under $75, choose a 50% refund or 100% store credit, and keep the item. For higher-priced items, email us and we'll work out the right solution with you directly.
In the EU or UK? You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Send the item back (return postage is yours) and we'll refund the price, including standard delivery.
1-year limited warranty. If your light develops a fault within a year of delivery (6 months for built-in batteries), send us a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement.

Why you’ll love it
Balance is three pieces of natural alabaster stacked on a thin cord: a small cup, a squashed disc and a large sphere, with a brass cap at the base.
Lit, the stone glows warm from inside.
Choose a size, 20, 24 or 30 cm tall. It hangs from the ceiling on a suspension wire (2 m on the supplier drawing), over a bedside, a console or a dining table.

Does it plug in?
No. It is a hanging light and needs a ceiling connection. Have a qualified electrician install it.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. The stone is natural, so every piece has its own clouds and veins. That is the point of it: when the light is on, the pattern glows through.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — standard shipping is free to every country we deliver to. The current delivery estimate for your region is shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if something's wrong with my order or I'd like to return it?
Email support@duskhavenhome.com with your order number. If it arrives damaged or faulty, choose a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, it's covered by our 1-year limited warranty. Changed your mind? See our Refund Policy.
