Good to know
Questions, answered.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
The built-in 2600mAh rechargeable battery runs for up to 100 hours per charge, and USB-C charging gets it back to full in about 2.5 hours.
What is it made of?
Soft silicone, with ABS and PC parts.
How do I change colors or brightness?
A simple touch control cycles through 7 RGB colors plus a dimmable warm white, and stepless touch dimming remembers your last brightness setting.
How do I charge it?
It charges via fast USB-C charging, so it's fully cordless and easy to top up for bedside or travel use.
Does it come with a plug or USB adapter?
No — a USB wall adapter isn't included, so charge it from any USB phone charger or a laptop/TV USB port.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — standard shipping is free to every country we deliver to. The current delivery estimate for your region is shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if something's wrong with my order or I'd like to return it?
