We're a small, new lighting brand, so here's what we do rather than what we'd like you to think.
LED only
Every Duskhaven light uses LEDs, which draw roughly 80–90% less electricity than the incandescent and halogen bulbs they replace and last tens of thousands of hours. In most of our lamps the LEDs are integrated, so there are no bulbs to buy, throw away or replace.
Solar where it makes sense
Our outdoor range is almost entirely solar: path lights, wall lanterns, security lights, string lights. Once installed they cost nothing to run and need no wiring or trenching.
Rechargeable, not disposable
Most of our indoor pieces run on built-in rechargeable batteries charged over USB — no disposable AA/AAA batteries.
Shipped direct
We don't hold a warehouse of stock that goes out of date. Orders ship directly to you from our production partners. It means a longer delivery window, and less unsold inventory ending up in landfill.
Returns without the return shipping
Shipping a fragile lamp back across the world just to dispose of it is wasteful. For most change-of-mind returns we refund or credit you and ask you to keep, gift or donate the item instead. Details in our Refund Policy.
Where we're honest about the gaps
Our products travel a long way, and we don't offset that shipping or have independent certification of our partners' factories, so we won't make claims we can't back up.
